Whether you’re a recent grad with fire or a seasoned closer looking for uncapped upside, this is the floor where careers get built fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The job is built around consistent activity. Day to day, that means: 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
• Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
• Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
• Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
• Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily
• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
• Who Thrives Here
• Competitive and motivated by performance-based income
• Coachable. You take feedback and apply it fast.
• Consistent. You show up and execute the process every day.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
• Want a long-term career in sales
• Recent grads: No sales experience required. We’ll teach you a proven process. What we can’t teach is work ethic and competitiveness. Bring those, and we’ll do the rest.
• Experienced reps: If you’re tired of capped comp, weak product, or no path forward, you’ll find none of that here.
• Not a Fit If You
• Prefer account management or inbound-only roles
• Want low-pressure or low-activity work
• Aren’t comfortable making cold calls every day
• Schedule & Location
• The practical details: On-site at our Uptown Charlotte location
• Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST
• First week of training, 9AM-6PM EST, then you move to standard hours for the rest of onboarding
• Culture & Perks
