Job Overview:

As an Associate Financial Advisor I with Fulcrum Financial Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding financial advisory firm nestled on Spokane’s picturesque South Hill, you will work alongside a successful Advisor team and learn first hand the business of becoming a financial advisor. Responsibilities:

• Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to help develop and grow client relationships
• Analyze financial data received from clients to develop strategies to meet their goals.
• Ability to prepare all appropriate forms and documents for customer accounts.
• Develop, institute, and maintain programs relating to new business development and sales promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and issues.
• Execute customer mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales generating ideas.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Maintain accurate client files.
• Adhere to all Compliance and Legal requirements.
• Schedule appointments and prepare for meetings.
• Participation in classroom learning sessions (virtual and in-person)
• Apprenticeship, mentoring, and coaching sessions with a mentor advisor and other industry professionals
• Attend sales meetings and assist with client prospecting and marketing.
• Attend coaching sessions and training events to improve sales skills and industry knowledge
• Process trades under direction of the mentor financial advisor.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of applicable professional experience and/or experience working in a professional sales or entrepreneurial setting
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within the first 120 days of employment.
• Preferences: High attention to detail and desire to deliver superior client service.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation to succeed.
• Ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to learn and accept standard operating procedures and compliance regulations.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Pay Range: 54,700.00 - 91,100.00

The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
