What You'll Do

• Run trial prep from the inside out, organizing exhibits, documents, and courtroom logistics so nothing slips
• Operate and troubleshoot trial tech on the fly, including computers, monitors, projectors, and AV gear
• Present video depositions, electronic exhibits, and multimedia during proceedings without missing a beat Build exhibit binders, demonstratives, and visual aids that help attorneys tell a clean, compelling story
• Coordinate with witnesses and experts so the tech is ready before they are
• File and serve pleadings during trial when speed matters
• Solve problems in real time when something goes sideways in court
• Track and manage every trial tool and material from intake through verdict

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent legal or technical experience

This is a full time, on site role. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime required when necessary to meet litigation deadlines, trial schedules, and case demands.

What We Offer:

Hourly pay: $25-$27 BOE
