• Maintain schedules, spreadsheets, digital records, contracts, and job documentation.
• Coordinate customer follow-ups, service work orders, invoicing, and administrative communications.
• Monitor shop inventory, uniforms, vehicle supplies, and operational readiness.
• Assist with employee onboarding, personnel records, benefits tracking, and licensing documentation.
• Track recurring deadlines, safety requirements, renewals, and seasonal updates.
• Identify problems, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep daily operations moving.
• Who Should Apply?
• If you're someone who naturally looks ahead, takes responsibility, solves problems, and takes pride in doing things right, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Integrity, accountability, and dependable follow-through.
• Common-sense problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and digital tools; experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets is helpful.
• Relevant office or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who is capable, coachable, and motivated to learn.
