Role Overview:

Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.

Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.

Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.

Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely to General Stores, ancillary departments, patient floors and clinical areas.

Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, DME, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.

Process returns, manage supply distribution, DME distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.

Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)

Schedule : Schedule: Full-time with weekday shifts between 4:30 AM and 3:00 PM and rotating weekends from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Flexibility is required.
