Position Summary...

The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic during our Walmart Deals events. This role involves leveraging customer analytics and market insights to inform strategic site changes for our Deals campaigns. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes. The manager oversees storytelling framework, asset creation, and performance reporting while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence to support organizational goals and enhance the overall customer shopping journey.

What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Build and optimize site merchandising for multiple departments by designing storytelling frameworks, cross-category displays, and product layouts to enhance customer engagement.
• Drive customer behavior through navigation strategies and collaborate with Site Content and Homepage to optimize site traffic and product visibility.
• Analyze customer insights and market data to recommend site changes and support category strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting data-driven recommendations and influencing business decisions.
• Manage Deals campaign launches, coordinate resources, and evaluate success or opportunity areas to inform future initiatives.
• Oversee site structure to improve content relevance and search performance.
• Develop future team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation, visual merchandising, and use of Walmart e-commerce tools such as Tempo and Tango.
• Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site and category strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams, presenting complex information clearly and credibly.
• Experience in campaign management, product launches, and operational excellence with a focus on driving customer traffic and engagement.
• Proficiency in SEO, site structure management, and web analytics to optimize site performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to apply business insights and storytelling to deliver actionable recommendations and continuous improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
