About the team:

The Walmart Local Marketplace team drives collaboration with local retailers to enhance Walmart’s commerce ecosystem by closing assortment gaps and enabling same-day local fulfillment through scalable platforms. This team leads strategic account management initiatives, leveraging strong stakeholder and supplier relationship skills to deliver measurable business value. Members focus on executing business plans, optimizing customer experiences, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.

The team emphasizes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and effective communication to support Walmart’s mission of providing exceptional service and value to customers while advancing innovative retail solutions.

What you'll do:

• Drive execution of strategic account plans by identifying customer and operational needs and aligning business priorities accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers impacting performance and ensure resource availability.
• Develop, communicate, and adjust performance standards and contingency plans to meet evolving business objectives.
• Mentor and develop associates through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and foster collaboration.
• Utilize data analytics and business insights to inform account strategies and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
