Role summary:

The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. The position influences product direction through data-driven decision making, emerging technology integration, and cross-functional leadership without direct people management.

It also involves mentoring peers, managing risk and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives to deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

About the team:

The Product team leads Walmart’s Fulfillment, Reverse, and Internalized Parcel networks by delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. They drive enterprise-wide product strategy by integrating market trends, customer insights, and business goals. Managing complex product portfolios, the team collaborates across functions to ensure successful execution.

With strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement, they foster continuous improvement and thought leadership to advance Walmart’s product capabilities and maintain a competitive position in the market.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
• Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners.
• Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
• Mentor and guide less experienced product managers to elevate product discipline and execution quality.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in product strategy and roadmap development for complex or related product sets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
• Experience in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
• Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research and synthesis of feedback into actionable insights.
• Ability to lead product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization, balancing scope, quality, and speed.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and platform services, to identify innovation opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust and align product vision with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
