Fund Operations Associate, Custody

We are a profitable, mission-driven fintech company building financial solutions for people whose needs go unmet by traditional institutions – people with disabilities, older adults, and people in recovery, and the families and professionals who care for them. We get to wake up every day knowing our work has a profound impact on our customers' lives, and we run the business with the discipline to keep doing it for the long haul. That track record has earned us a spot on the Forbes Fintech 50 and the Inc.

5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies for the last two years.

At True Link, our clients rely on us to deliver reliable, secure, and thoughtful support for critical financial functions. As a Fund Operations Associate - Custody, you'll play an essential role in making that happen every day.

You'll own the daily disbursement and payment processing pipeline for our pooled trusts: funding disbursements, processing ACH and NACHA files, inputting wires, and handling expedited payment requests. The work runs on firm daily cutoffs and is supported by a layered review process, so accuracy and consistency matter more than speed alone. This is a collaborative role where you'll work across teams to support our mission and help improve the financial lives of the people who count on us.
