How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

Diagnose equipment issues by observing operation, troubleshooting failures, and utilizing precision measuring and testing instruments.
·
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate industrial equipment and automated systems.
·
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues associated with production-based computer systems.
·
Install, configure, test, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software supporting production operations.
·
Analyze and correct software faults, perform malware remediation, and recommend system improvements when appropriate.
·
Perform scheduled backups and maintain production-based computer systems.
·
Support PLCs, robotic systems, HMIs, industrial controls, and network-connected devices.
·
Provide technical support, user assistance, and training to operational personnel.
·
Develop and maintain training materials and technical documentation.
·
Establish and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity for production equipment, computers, and mobile devices.
·
Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety requirements while performing maintenance activities.
·
Maintain equipment, spare parts, and supply inventories; coordinate procurement and replacement activities as needed.
·
Participate in technical training, cross-functional development, and continuous learning opportunities.
·
Document work performed and communicate equipment status, issues, and shift handoff information to ensure continuity of operations.
·
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
·
Support team goals by assisting with related technical and operational tasks as required.
·
Demonstrate safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Must have experience in an industrial environment working with production CPU’s, controls or systems development tech, or Software/hardware Development tech and support role or equivalent experience.
Must have a 4-year technical degree in a computer-based field.
Must have experience in IT/OT operations, deployment and troubleshooting experience including Windows, Linux, Networking, Scripting, Cloud, Automation and Applications
Must be proficient in troubleshooting and repair CPUs.
Must have good computer ability with above average problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a variety of environments.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and provide outstanding customer service.
Must be able to read and write at a level to comprehend and apply information contained in detailed and complex technical manuals, procedural manuals, blueprints, etc. with no assistance.
Must have the ability to work without close supervisory direction and to complete the job without assignment of tasks.
Must meet the physical requirements which include the ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
Must have valid driver's license.
