Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Location:
In-Home Throughout Ventura, CA with occasional on-site support to Santa Barbara, CA
Job Type:
Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay:
$60 per Hour & $20 per Hour for Admin/Training
Job Duties:
· Build trust and rapport with clients by providing consistent, quality service.
· Conduct assessments for clinical service, provide specialized services, and manage various client cases. Manage paraprofessionals providing clinical and administrative guidance.
· Carry out in-home sessions specifically tailored to the child’s treatment plan.
· Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings prepared to contribute to discussions on cases presented
· Follow administrative requests such as keeping current notes, progress reports, employee certifications, or any other required documentation/renewals necessary for continued employment
Minimum Qualifications:
- · Active Occupational Therapy License in California is required
- · Experience in Early Intervention is highly preferred
- · Ability to travel in-home to provide services
