VP, Product - Raptive Intelligence

Raptive Intelligence is an emerging platform that turns content, intent, and behavioral signals across lifestyle categories into structured intelligence for discovery, personalization, and commerce. Building on Raptive’s reach across the open web, we’re starting with food and see opportunities in areas such as home, travel, and personal finance. The portfolio spans B2C experiences, enterprise decision systems, AI agents, and developer infrastructure delivered through APIs and MCP.

We’re looking for a product leader to bring this platform to market with a fast-moving, AI-first team inside Raptive. You’ll shape the strategy, make consequential product decisions, and ship products people love to use, including consumer experiences and tools that businesses can build on. This role sits at the center of the CAIO, engineering, and GTM teams, translating AI capability and customer demand into a coherent product portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Raptive Intelligence. Make the tradeoffs across consumer, enterprise, and platform priorities so the portfolio compounds rather than fragments.
• Turn commercial opportunities into focused products, from consumer applications to APIs and enterprise offerings. Turn lighthouse customer engagements into reusable product capabilities rather than one-off builds.
• Work closely with engineering and commercial partners to test ideas, launch quickly, and improve what works. Operate as the product bridge between the CAIO, engineering, and GTM, from problem definition and technical tradeoffs through launch, evaluation, and iteration.
• Define clear product boundaries across assistants and agents, API/MCP, shared data and graph capabilities, identity/personalization, and enterprise integrations.
• Own product quality for AI systems, including grounding, evaluation, rights and attribution, feedback loops, latency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build and lead a strong product team as the platform grows.
• The experience and skills you bring to the role
• Proven product leadership in a fast-paced environment, with clear examples of products you owned, scaled, and improved against meaningful metrics.
• Experience building consumer applications in a lifestyle category, with a strong eye for experiences users love. Experience owning both B2C and B2B product surfaces is strongly preferred.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise products, including APIs or products built for developers. A track record of winning adoption and improving outcomes with demanding enterprise customers is critical. Experience with complex enterprise customers and multi-party integrations is relevant.
• A technical background and the ability to work deeply with engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, and use AI coding tools to build or test ideas yourself. Strong working knowledge of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluation, and API/MCP patterns is important.
• Strong judgment, clear decision making, and a record of taking ownership across both consumer and business products. You should be comfortable deciding when a customer need should become a product, remain bespoke, or not be built.
• Demonstrated ability to move between executive strategy, customer discovery, engineering detail, and GTM execution without losing product clarity.
• Experience managing and developing product managers.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $260,000-$340,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
