Front Line Leader - Boat & Tote (Temporary & Year-Round Opportunities)

We are currently seeking Temporary Front Line Leaders - Boat & Tote to support our manufacturing operations across all shifts at our Brunswick Manufacturing Facility in Brunswick, Maine .

Shift Opportunities:

1st Shift (Temporary): Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | 6-9 month assignment

2nd Shift (Temporary): Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. | 6-9 month assignment

3rd Shift (Year-Round): Sunday, 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.; Monday-Thursday, 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., with occasional Friday hours from 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.

Position Purpose

As a Temporary Front Line Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support for a manufacturing team responsible for producing high-quality products that reflect L.L.Bean's commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. You'll lead through communication, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, safety leadership, and operational execution while helping your team achieve production and quality goals.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving processes, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment.

• L.L.Bean uses a market-based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $65,700-82,200.. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
