The Opportunity:

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring an AVP, Coding Innovation Operator for Orchestration Works in Austin, TX. This is not a conventional coding operations role. You will apply your expertise in professional fee and facility coding, provider education, risk-based audits, coder QA and regulatory compliance to help product, engineering and AI teams redesign coding workflows and validate emerging technology.

We are targeting leaders with 10+ years of progressive coding, HIM, compliance or revenue cycle leadership , including at least five years leading large, multi-site teams . Ideal candidates have overseen provider education, payer and RAC audits, coding quality programs with defined accuracy standards, executive client relationships and large-scale transformation.

This role also calls for someone who understands the business impact of coding. The supporting business case emphasizes centralized accountability for provider education, coding audits, special client audit requests, coder QA and strategic client relationships, including a QA benchmark of 95% or higher.
