How to see LAYIQ as an applicant source
LAYIQ is a candidate-first job search workspace that helps job seekers find, score, and prioritize the roles worth their time, without sponsored listings or selling user data.
LAYIQ does not charge employers to list or promote jobs, and it does not post or sell jobs. A candidate who chooses Apply goes to the employer's own application page.
On the systems listed below, LAYIQ adds a source tag to that link. This page lists each tag, so a recruiting or HR operations team can set up its system to show LAYIQ as the source, or check that it already does.
What each applicant system needs
LAYIQ adds the text in the second column to the end of the link's query, after a ? or, when the link already has a query, an &. The value to create is the exact text, in this exact case, that a source or tracking code in the system must match for a report to show LAYIQ by name.
| System | LAYIQ adds to the link | Does the system record it? | Value to create | Vendor help |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leverlever.co | lever-origin=applied&lever-source%5B%5D=LAYIQ | Not confirmed. We could not verify from Lever's public documentation whether a source name that was not created in Lever first is stored. If LAYIQ does not appear in your reports, create a source with this name. | Source nameLAYIQ | No link |
| Dayforcedayforcehcm.com | src=LAYIQ | Yes. Dayforce's article says any source added to a URL is added to its source table automatically. | Source nameLAYIQ | Track Candidate Source |
| Workableapply.workable.com (this host only) | utm_source=LAYIQ | Yes. Workable's article lists no setup before using a UTM link, and the name appears in its Candidate Sources report. A candidate whose first visit came from another source stays on that source. Workable's article also shows a utm_medium value, which it says Workable does not track. LAYIQ sends utm_source only. | Source nameLAYIQ | Tracking custom candidate sources with a UTM link |
| Breezy HRbreezy.hr | source=LAYIQ | Yes. Breezy's article says the source does not have to be created first: use an existing source tag, or a new code, as the source name. | Source nameLAYIQ | Adding a Custom Source Code |
| Recruiteerecruitee.com | source=LAYIQ | Not stated. Recruitee's article has you pick a source tag, or create one in Settings under Workflow, Tags & Sources. It does not say whether a name that was not created first is stored. | Source nameLAYIQ | Track where your candidates come from |
| Ashbyashbyhq.com | utm_source=layiq | No. An administrator creates a custom tracking link (Admin, Job Boards, Custom Tracking Links), chooses the source it credits, and can enter its tracking code. Create it with the tracking code shown. Ashby's article calls the tracking code the string added to the end of the URL; it does not print the parameter name. LAYIQ adds utm_source. | Tracking codelayiq | Tracking the source of an application |
| Workdaymyworkdayjobs.commyworkdaysite.com | source=LAYIQ | No. An administrator adds the source ID under Recruiting Sources for Auto-Tracking when creating or editing the external career site. Workday's article says the source ID is the same as the integration ID. Workday's article says that when a configured source is used, Workday hides the How Did You Hear About Us question. | Recruiting source IDLAYIQ | Recruiting Source Tracking |
| Oracle Taleotaleo.net (not tbe.taleo.net) | src=LAYIQ | No. Oracle's guide says the src value is a source ID and works for valid sources, which are listed in the Sources feature of Recruiting Administration. A source needs the ID shown to be credited. | Source IDLAYIQ | Career Section URL |
- %5B%5D is [] written as URL text, so the system reads the Lever item as lever-source[]=LAYIQ.
- No link means we could not open a stable public help article for that system.
- A link to any system not in this table is sent exactly as the employer wrote it. No row here means LAYIQ adds nothing.
What this does not tell you
- Whether LAYIQ shows up depends on how each system is configured. The vendor's help article, not this page, is the authority on how its system works, and vendors change them.
- LAYIQ cannot see an employer's settings, sources or reports, so it cannot tell whether a tag was recorded.
- If an employer's own link already includes a parameter LAYIQ would add (for Lever, either of its two), LAYIQ leaves the link exactly as the employer wrote it.
- Listing a system here is not a partnership with, or an endorsement of, that system or its vendor.
