# LAYIQ > LAYIQ is a candidate-first job search service for people looking for work in the United States. It lists current openings pulled straight from employer career sites, re-checks them at the source, and sends every applicant to the employer's own posting to apply. LAYIQ has no sponsored listings and does not sell user data. Anyone can search and read job listings without an account. An account adds fit analysis against your résumé, tailored résumé and cover-letter drafts for a specific job, and a tracker for applications. ## Pages - [Search jobs](https://www.layiq.co/): keyword search by title, skill, or location, plus filter search by category. - [How LAYIQ works](https://www.layiq.co/how-it-works): how LAYIQ finds, checks, and explains roles. - [Who is LAYIQ?](https://www.layiq.co/about): why LAYIQ exists and who builds it. - [Plans](https://www.layiq.co/plans): Flex (no monthly fee), Base, and Pro. - [FAQ](https://www.layiq.co/faq): what LAYIQ is, where AI helps, and how data is handled. - [How LAYIQ uses AI](https://www.layiq.co/aiguide): where AI is used, what a model is sent, what is removed from a résumé before a Fit Analysis, and what LAYIQ will not do. - [Fit Analysis levels](https://www.layiq.co/scoring): what each Fit Analysis level means and does not mean, and what LAYIQ does not claim about a score. - [Contact](https://www.layiq.co/support): support requests. ## Guides - [Job search guides](https://www.layiq.co/guides): plain-language guides, each with its sources. - [How we research our guides](https://www.layiq.co/guides/how-we-research-our-guides): How LAYIQ researches its job search guides: sources read and dated, vendor claims labeled, law dated, automated checks, and how to report a mistake. - [AI job interviews, explained in six guides](https://www.layiq.co/guides/ai-interviews): Six plain-language guides to AI job interviews: what they are, how to prepare and answer, what to avoid and what happens next, plus a free checklist by email. - [Your AI Interview Checklist](https://www.layiq.co/guides/ai-interviews#checklist): the checklist for the AI interview series, on the page and as a printable PDF sent by email. - [How to spot a ghost job](https://www.layiq.co/guides/how-to-spot-a-ghost-job): A ghost job is a listing with no real intent to hire. It reads a posting where the employer publishes it; for a LinkedIn or Indeed link it never reads that page, and instead asks for the company and job title and looks for the posting on the employer's own hiring system. - [ATS Résumé Checker](https://www.layiq.co/tools/ats-resume-checker): Choose your résumé and see the text an applicant tracking system extracts, what it misses, and how to fix it.
